Health and Safety

For my music video their were a minimum of health and safety precautions but some that were obvious where, the fact that some of the footage was sat at college on the field, they were large buildings, logs and fences surrounding the area, this could have been an issue as tom and myself both had to get on each others backs, run and chance each other. With these obstacles in the way they could have been an accident, luckily they wasn’t as we were careful. Tom climbs a tree at one point in the video. This could have been a problem as the branches were sharp and his foot could have slipped and he could have been injured but thankfully he wasn’t as he climbed the tree slowly and watched his step. A few shots were taken with Tom stood on a log in the centre of a lake. If he was to fall this could have been dangerous, but he didn’t as he placed himself directly in the centre of the log and held onto a branch above his head. Tom does a cartwheel in the video, if he had of knocked someone or something this could have been a major problem and a prone to injury but he didn’t. Due to the cast and the other people involved in filming their was no injuries as everyone was careful and did things slowly. However that does not ignore the fact that they were some slightly dangerous things that could have encouraged accidents.
